How long before my order is shipped?
Please allow one week for processing time. To make the process faster please make sure your address and shipping info are accurate and up-to-date.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping costs can add up because not all of my products come from the same place. Some I make and send out myself, but others are produced and shipped by 3rd party manufacturers. For example, my calendars, notebooks, mousepads, and large posters are outsourced. This means if you add a calendar and notebook to your cart, you will be charged extra for shipping because you are paying for two packages to be shipped separately. If you want to keep shipping costs down, try removing a few things from your cart and check the price again.
My order says shipped but I didn't receive a tracking number?
I offer 2 shipping methods for my small art prints, the cheaper option uses stamps and the more expensive one has a tracking label. If you chose the stamp option, that means you will not get tracking info. If it has been longer than two weeks for domestic orders, or six weeks for international orders since the date of fulfillment, please reach out to me via the contact page on this site or at my email listed below.
How long will it take for my item to arrive once it's shipped?
For domestic orders, most orders arrive within 4-7 days. For international orders, shipping time varies. You should get an estimate when checking out your cart. Most international orders arrive within 3-6 weeks but reach out to me if it has been longer than that.
What printer do you use?
All of my art prints are done on a Canon Pro 300. I use 300gsm paper from Red River Paper for my prints.
My Tracking Info isn't working...
This is a rare case but if for some reason you cannot track your shipment please email me at info@tanninarceo.com or contact me through the contact page here on this website and I will see what the problem is. Please note small orders (stickers and/or 5x7 prints) are shipped with stamps, and therefore do not have tracking numbers. If it has been longer than usual for your order to arrive, please reach out to me.
Are the prints archival?
Starting April 9th, 2024, all prints and posters will be archival using Canon's Lucia Pro ink. However, any orders placed beforehand, were printed used Epson's EcoTank dye-based ink, which should last a while, but is not considered archival.
Are the stickers weatherproof/waterproof?
The manufacturer states they will last around 4-6 years outside if applied to a clean, appropriate surface. I can't be certain how long they would last indoors, but my guess is 10 years or more.
Can I give you product suggestions?
100% yes. Some of my favorite sticker designs were suggestions from friends or family. You can submit them through the contact form on this site or through my DM's on Instagram (@tannin.arceo).
